Uninstall the current Intel driver, restart the PC and when Windows starts it 'should' detect and install the driver. If that doesn't work reinstall the Intel Motherboard Chipset Drivers (Intel Chipset Device Software as listed on Dell downloads) and then run the Intel updater again.
